1. Securing Your Date
Event dates are reserved only when a signed agreement and deposit have been received. Without both, the date remains open for other clients.

2. Deposits
A nonrefundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.

3. Final Payment
Final payment is due 10 days prior to your event date. Unpaid balances after that date will result in automatic cancellation of services and forfeiture of your deposit.

4. Late or Missed Payments
Payments received past the due date are subject to a 10% late fee. If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, the booking will be released.
